A Career like

Change the world by saving lives

Have you always wanted to be a superhero but could never fit in their tights? Have you ever wanted to turn the world right-side up when it was upside down? Have you ever wanted to save lives of those questioning why they were even born?

Asking Jude’s internship program provides undergraduate- and graduate-level

Then welcome to the Asking Jude Team.

students specializing in health and medicine to have a career before a career. You will gain and polish skills in counseling and communication, fine-tuning your big brains and bigger hearts to prepare you for a career in the health sciences. This internship can last for as long or as little as you like—you can choose your own schedule! Our program is flexible to the wants and desires of the volunteers we employ.

Though most of our interns usually have degrees in the “mental” side of science—psychology, neuroscience, and more, we recruit individuals from all walks of life and all backgrounds. Asking Jude believes that a diverse team can cope with the diverse needs of our community and family. Whether you are a freshman in a community college, a mother with an anthropology degree, or a grandparent with too much retirement time on their hands, we won’t discriminate. We put empathy and intelligence over an impressive CV or a killer resume (unlike most companies).

Since this is a volunteer-run enterprise, we cannot offer payment at the moment. With the completion of Asking Jude’s internship program, however, you will receive the following:

  • Experience in counseling and written communication

  • University credits (upon the institution’s approval)

  •  Hours for community service (upon the institution’s approval)

  • A letter of recommendation

  • Your name, biography, and photo on the “Team” page

  •  Everlasting gratitude from myself and the users you help

In order to begin, you may fill out the form below expressing your interest

or write about such interest directly to jude@askingjude.org. From there, we will

send you an information packet detailing the internship as well as a set of trial

questions that will determine whether or not you are eligible to join our team.

For your application to be considered complete, you need to include the filled

out forms, a CV or resume, and a statement of interest.
